Talent Conference & Expo, branded "Talent 2027", is an all-new conference and expo from SHRM (the Society for Human Resource Management) built for recruiters. The 2027 edition runs April 11-14, 2027 in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado, United States.

Described by SHRM as "an entirely new event", Talent 2027 replaces panels and slide decks with a hands-on working lab format: live requisitions, real funnels and broken pipelines rebuilt in real time alongside the recruiters who actually do the work. The agenda is shaped by a Co-Collab Council of recruiters and will be built around what attendees ask for during early registration.
