TAA ONE Conference & Expo 2027

The TAA ONE Conference & Expo, presented by the Texas Apartment Association (TAA), is the largest annual gathering of the Texas rental housing industry. The next edition takes place April 27-29, 2027 in San Antonio, Texas.

Event Overview

The three-day event is designed for multifamily owners, operators and supplier partners to network, form new partnerships, exchange ideas, and advance the rental housing industry. Recent editions have drawn more than 3,200 attendees (28% first-timers), 56 speakers, 250+ exhibitors, and 25+ education sessions.
