About TFEA Annual Conference & Trade Show 2026
The Texas Festivals & Events Association (TFEA) Annual Conference and Trade Show is the premier gathering for festival, fair, and special event professionals across Texas and the Southwest. The event brings together over 300 event planners, festival producers, civic leaders, convention and visitors bureaus (CVBs), chambers of commerce, and industry suppliers.
The three-day conference provides educational sessions, peer-to-peer networking, trade show exhibitions, and business development opportunities for delegates who collectively produce more than 4,000 community events annually.
