The AAP National Conference & Exhibition is the American Academy of Pediatrics' (AAP) flagship annual event, bringing together thousands of pediatric professionals. The 2026 edition takes place October 2-6 in San Diego, California, offering more than 350 educational sessions across 70+ topic areas, over 350 exhibits, 1,200+ abstracts showcasing the latest in pediatric care, hands-on learning sessions, 6+ special events, and 65+ section/council programs. Attendees can earn up to 97 CME credits and access session recordings until January 31, 2027. The event is built around three core outcomes - Grow, Connect, and Get Inspired - featuring keynotes from leading pediatric experts, practical learning opportunities, and extensive networking with colleagues and mentors, alongside the largest pediatric tech exhibit of its kind.
