The Deli, Dairy & Bakery, Fall Session is an in-person ECRM B2B buyer-seller program held September 27-29, 2026 at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel in Dallas, Texas. Organized by ECRM (Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing), the session connects retail buyers across grocery, drug, mass, club, convenience and dollar/discount channels with suppliers of deli, prepared foods, dairy and bakery products through curated one-on-one meetings. Reviewed categories include ready-to-sell shelf-stable, thaw-and-serve and in-store bakery items, spanning both new and private-label brands. Participation options range from Emerging Brands (tabletop ballroom, 10-minute appointments) to Challenger Brands (private 10x10 booth) and Leading Brands (planning session with 20-minute meetings).
