The District 2026

The District 2026 takes place 22–24 September 2026 at IFEMA Madrid, Pavilion 6 (Av. del Partenón 5, 28042 Madrid). It is a professional, in-person summit for the real estate capital value chain: deal-making, investment, and hospitality offices alongside The District World Summit, Europe’s largest real estate capital congress (450+ international experts across five simultaneous auditoriums and vertical forums by asset type).

Organizers position the show for 15,000+ professionals from funds and companies, with 360+ companies on site. The programme also highlights proptech, venture capital and business angels, plus high-level networking including the Leadership Summit, The World Class District Awards Ceremony & Cocktail, Welcome Party, and structured 1-to-1 meetings. Sessions are not live-streamed; Video On Demand is offered after the event.

• Tuesday and Wednesday: 09:30–18:30
• Thursday: 09:30–18:00
• Congress sessions: 10:00–18:00

Exhibitor and speaker access hours differ (see the official schedule page). Student groups may attend only on the last day (24 September) from 13:00, subject to organizer approval.
