FBAF Asia, the International Food Beverage Asia Fair, is a major food and beverage trade fair held in Macao. Now in its 25th edition, the fair occupies around 60,000 square metres and is expected to gather more than 1,000 exhibitors and brands from 30 countries and regions, with professional buyers from 32 countries and regions including mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Russia, Japan, the United States and Singapore. It is organised around ten theme exhibitions covering food and beverage, coffee and tea, meats, wine spirits and beer, food catering and services, food science and technology, food technology, processing technology, baking equipment and materials, and supporting services. Macao's position as a culinary hub blending Chinese and Western cultures and a gateway to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area gives the fair particular value, linking mainland China with Portuguese-speaking markets and drawing on around 33 million annual inbound tourists. The 25th edition runs 18-20 November 2026 in Macao.
