iba is the world's leading trade fair for the baking and confectionery industry, held every three years at Messe Muenchen (Munich Trade Fair Centre) in Munich, Germany. The 2027 edition takes place from 24 to 28 October 2027 in Munich.

As the global industry gathering for baking, confectionery and snacks, iba brings together the craft, industry and trade sectors under one roof. The 2027 show will feature more than 1,100 exhibitors from 45 countries, around 69 percent of them international, and expects over 60,000 visitors from 150 countries across more than 100,000 m2 of exhibition space.

Visitors can experience the full diversity of the baking industry - innovation, key trends and face-to-face exchange - across the entire product range, from raw materials and ingredients to machinery, equipment, packaging and shop fittings.
