The Novi Home Show - Fall

The Novi Home Show - Fall 2026 takes place October 9-11, 2026 at the Vibe Credit Union Showplace (formerly Suburban Collection Showplace), 46100 Grand River Avenue, Novi, MI 48374, located south of I-96 between Novi and Beck Roads.

Show Hours

• Friday, October 9: 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm
• Saturday, October 10: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Sunday, October 11: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Admission: General admission $12; pre-purchase online for $9 plus fees; seniors (65+) $10; kids 12 and under free. $2-off coupons are available via the newsletter or at area Home Depot locations, and a "$5 after 5 pm" admission applies Friday and Saturday at the box office only. Parking is charged separately by the venue (pre-purchase or pay on-site).

Show Content: Each show is filled with hundreds of talented local vendors with everything needed for home improvement, remodel, addition, or build, covering home improvement & services, decorating, and landscaping. Special attractions include an Interior Design Inspiration Village, a Manufactured Home Showcase, a seminar stage with MSU Extension experts, the WJR Inside Outside Guys Pavilion, kids' activities, and the Michigan Marketplace.
