Kvalitetsmässan / The Quality Fair

Kvalitetsmässan (The Quality Fair) is a biannual conference and trade fair on quality development in the public sector. Since 1989 it has been Sweden's leading meeting place for managers, developers, officials and elected representatives from Sweden and other Nordic countries to exchange ideas that improve public services.

Dates (official English homepage https://kvalitetsmassan.se/en/, retrieved 2026-09-30 Asia/Shanghai): 16-18 November 2027. These future day-level dates replace the prior CMS multi-year span of 2026-05-08 to 2027-11-18. Only the next FUTURE edition is published.

Venue (official dates & location and venue sections): The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre, Mässans Gata/Korsvägen, Gothenburg, Sweden. Postal address listed on the site: SE-412 94 Gothenburg. The centre is in the city centre at Korsvägen.

The conference offers around 150 keynotes, panels, debates and workshops across focus areas such as economy, politics, leadership and digitalization. A parallel trade fair features companies from education, healthcare and social care, IT, urban development and staffing, plus trade unions, municipalities, regions and state authorities.

Six awards are initiated by Kvalitetsmässan, including AI Excellence Award, GötaPriset, SveaPriset, Sweden's Best IT Municipality, Sweden's Best Municipality, and Sweden's Most Modern State Authority.
