The Really Big Expo (SE Petro-Food Marketing Expo 2027)
The Really Big Expo — the 2027 edition of the SE Petro-Food Marketing Expo — will be held March 3-4, 2027 at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center (2101 North Oak Street, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA). Organized by the North Carolina Petroleum & Convenience Marketers (NCPCM), it is a two-day regional trade show powering the future of fuel and food marketing in the Southeast United States.
Dates and hours
- Wednesday, March 3, 2027: registration opens 7:30 AM; educational seminars 8:00-10:00 AM; Annex opens 9:00 AM; Main Hall opens 10:00 AM; door prize drawings 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM; show closes 5:00 PM.
- Thursday, March 4, 2027: registration opens 8:00 AM; Annex and Main Hall open 9:00 AM; door prize drawings 12:30 PM; grand prize drawing 1:00 PM; show closes 2:00 PM.
- Exhibit move-in: March 1, 12:00-6:00 PM and March 2, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM. Exhibit move-out: March 4, 2:00-9:00 PM and March 5, 7:30 AM-12:00 PM.
What to expect
Exhibits across the Main Hall and Annex showcase petroleum technology, equipment and services, retail food and convenience-store product innovations, and marketing and retail-operations solutions. The program includes expert-led educational seminars on industry trends, marketing strategies and business insights, plus door prize drawings, a grand prize drawing, and networking with industry leaders and vendors. Sponsorship tiers range from Premium Sponsors to Media Partners, and exhibiting puts brands face-to-face with regional buyers and decision-makers.
Attendance is restricted to trade professionals aged 21 and over; children are not permitted.
