The TORCH/TARHC Fall Conference & Tradeshow is the annual in-person conference and tradeshow for Texas rural hospitals, organised by TORCH (the Texas Organization of Rural & Community Hospitals network). It brings together hospital and clinic administrators, healthcare professionals, and vendors and exhibitors serving rural communities across Texas.

Registration
- Hospital and clinic attendees register through the official event registration link.
- Exhibitor registration is open to Endorsed Partners & Corporate Members; the Exhibitor Prospectus is posted online after corporate members register for the show.
- Hotel room block: $179/double queen plus a $5 resort fee, bookable through the official hotel link.
Exhibit & sponsorship
The tradeshow features sponsors and exhibitors supporting Texas rural hospitals. Exhibitors may order booth electrical service through the hotel's on-demand portal and use the official FedEx shipping instructions for deliveries to the venue.
