UAA Education Conference and Trade Show

The Rental Housing Association of Utah (RHA Utah) Fair Housing Education Conference & Tradeshow is the state's largest event for rental housing professionals. The 2027 edition takes place on April 28, 2027 (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) at the Mountain America Expo Center in Sandy, Utah. Attendees gain world-class education on fair housing compliance, professional development and wellness, plus an expo hall with vendors serving the multifamily, single-family, realtor and independent-owner communities. The full-day program includes interactive sessions, CE credits for real estate professionals, networking, games and prizes. Over 1,250 decision-makers typically attend, making it the largest property-management conference of the year in Utah.
