What it is

uFoodinExpo is a B2B sourcing trade show for the agri-food sector, hosted in Lisbon by the uFoodin global B2B platform. It combines a conventional in-person exhibition with uFoodin's year-round digital marketplace under a "before, during, after" model: exhibitors are listed on the marketplace ahead of the show, meet buyers face to face at FIL Lisboa, and keep their listings and networks visible after the doors close.

Exhibitor and visitor profile

• Around 600 exhibitor booths presenting food, beverage and ingredient products from producers worldwide, plus live product demonstrations.
• Visitors are buyers and procurement teams from European supermarket chains, hotel groups, food-service distributors and restaurant chains, together with buyers from Asian, Middle Eastern and North American markets.
• Curated buyer-supplier matchmaking sessions and follow-up contact through the platform's live chat, call and video-call tools.
• Product scope covers food & beverage, ingredients, private label, retail & distribution and food service / HoReCa.
• Visitor entry is free with pre-registered badges (early-bird visitor badges).

2026 edition

For the 2026 edition the Portuguese-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILC) acted as a partner, offering its members preferential stand prices and marketplace access; more than 150 Chinese companies were confirmed among the exhibitors. The show positions Lisbon as a gateway connecting European buyers with international suppliers.

Status

No next edition (2027) has been announced and the dedicated event page has been withdrawn from ufoodin.com, while the organiser's site remains active and regularly updated.
