Food & Drink Expo is the meeting place for buyers and suppliers from the retail, wholesale, foodservice, manufacturing and hospitality sectors looking to grow sales, improve margins, discover new products and build more profitable customer experiences.
The 2027 edition runs Monday 12 April–Wednesday 14 April 2027 at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham, West Midlands B40 1NT. Opening hours: Monday 12 April 10:00–17:00; Tuesday 13 April 10:00–17:00; Wednesday 14 April 10:00–16:00.
In 2026, thousands of visitors filled the aisles, connecting with 1200+ innovative suppliers across The UK Food & Drink Shows. In 2027, The UK Food & Drink Shows will comprise Food & Drink Expo, Farm Shop & Deli Show, National Convenience Show, Forecourt Show and Foodex Manufacturing Solutions.
As part of Food & Drink Expo, Future Foods will spotlight health-led innovation, bringing together products that prioritise wellness, functionality and sustainability. The organiser cites 30,000+ visitors, 1,500+ exhibitors, five co-located shows, three days and one venue, with a free visitor pass.
