Underground Infrastructure Conference (UIC) 2027

UIC 2027 takes place January 26–27, 2027 at the Gaylord Texan Resort, Grapevine, Texas. The show has been condensed into two days of education, exhibition and networking for professionals in sewer, water, wastewater, gas, electric, telecommunications and fiber.

The Underground Infrastructure Conference (formerly Underground Construction Technology / UCT) is dedicated to the three core pillars of modern underground infrastructure: construction, rehabilitation, and asset management. It covers both trenchless and traditional open-cut technologies.

UIC brings together more than 1,200 qualified professionals — engineers, contractors, senior management and utility operators. About 60% of attendees are in a position to influence purchasing decisions. Exhibit booth sales and sponsorships are open now; the 2027 floor plan is live. Exhibit hours, move-in and move-out times are listed as “to come.”

Attendee registration for UIC 2027 opens in September at the official registration page. Admittance is by badge only; everyone must register individually.

Cancellations are non-refundable; substitutions are allowed. Children under 16 are not permitted on the exhibit floor except as part of a school program.

CUIRE Schools (Monday, January 25, 2027)

The Center for Underground Infrastructure Research & Education (CUIRE) at the University of Texas at Arlington holds its 25th Annual Pipeline and Trenchless Technology Training and Certification Schools in conjunction with UIC on Monday, January 25, 2027 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center (rooms TBA). Schools A–D cover flexible/rigid pipe maintenance and repair, HDD, and microtunneling / pilot tube / E-Power Pipe. Register via CUIRE ([email protected], +1 817-272-9177). CUIRE is a separate pre-conference program, not part of the two-day UIC dates.
