About Live University Export Controls Seminar 2026
The Export Compliance Training Institute (ECTI) presents a comprehensive three-day live seminar on U.S. export control rules (ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and CUI) from the perspective of universities and research organizations.
Professional export compliance instructors and guest panelists from the university community lead training, discussions, and practical exercises. The curriculum covers fundamental research exclusions, deemed exports in labs, controlled items classification, license exceptions, data rights, and export clearance.
