UW Study Abroad Fair

At the UW Study Abroad Fair, students can meet faculty and staff leading UW study abroad programs, speak with representatives from program providers such as CIEE and SIT, learn more about exchange programs, and meet incoming and outgoing participants. Information sessions cover how to get started with study abroad as well as scholarships and funding.

The 2026 fair hosted more than 900 UW students and over 70 UW departments and study abroad providers. Exhibitors typically include UW Exchange staff, partner program providers (CET, CIEE, CRCC Asia, DIS Abroad, IES, IE3 Global Internships, SEA Semester, SIT Study Abroad, The School for Field Studies, University of Galway Direct Enrollment, Wildlands Studies, Omprakash Social Impact Internships, and Peace Corps via the UW Career & Internship Center), and numerous UW academic departments.

The 2027 UW Study Abroad Fair is Thursday, January 14, 2027, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in HUB I North Ballroom on the University of Washington Seattle campus. Details are published on the official UW Study Abroad Fair page.
