WA-SSA Annual Conference & Trade Show

The Washington Self Storage Association (WA-SSA) holds an annual one-day conference and trade show for self-storage owners, managers and vendors across Washington State. The event combines a full education programme with a vendor floor, the association's annual business meeting, and a closing cocktail reception.

2026 edition

Friday, May 1, 2026 — Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center, 17620 International Blvd., Seattle, WA 98188 (tel. 206-244-4800). Registration opens 8:00 AM; programme runs 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with door-prize drawings and the Platinum-sponsored cocktail reception from 4:30 to 6:00 PM. Vendor booth set-up starts at 6:00 AM.

Vendor sponsorship tiers 2026: Platinum Member $2,400 / Non-member $2,900; Gold Member $2,000 / Non-member $2,500; Silver Member $1,600 / Non-member $2,100. Sponsors are listed in the day-of handout, mentioned at breaks and included in the on-screen presentation; logos are due by April 20.
