Warsaw Print-Tech Expo 2026 (4th edition)

Warsaw Print-Tech Expo (Polish: Targi Branży Poligraficznej) is Ptak Warsaw Expo’s dedicated printing-industry trade fair. The programme covers digital, offset, large-format, industrial and 3D printing, process automation, RIP/CAD and other software, printing materials and chemicals, textile printing (DTG, DTF, sublimation), bookbinding/prepress, POS and advertising production, plus industry organisations, education and media.

Opening hours

• Visitors: 10:00–17:00 each day (22–24 Sep 2026)
• Exhibitors: 08:00–18:00
• Stand build-up: 20 Sep 08:00–18:00 and 21 Sep 08:00–20:00; dismantling 24 Sep 17:00–24:00 and 25 Sep 08:00–12:00

Admission

Online or on-site registration is required. Registered visitors receive a free pass. Invitations are informational only and do not replace registration. Children under 7 enter free; admission with children is not recommended. Animals are not allowed in the halls. Parking is free (about 15,000 spaces). Buses 703 and 711 run from P+R Al. Krakowska to Ptak Warsaw Expo.

Conferences

An international printing-industry conference runs across all three days in Hall B (Trade Fair Studio / conference rooms), including sessions organised with Świat Druku.
