We Are XPO

SCALE — formerly SME XPO — is the UK's exhibition and conference for SME founders, scale-up leaders, and the investors, partners and growth specialists who back them. The series is organised by Inflection Point Events Ltd (18 Newman Street, London W1T 1PE). The SME XPO brand was renamed SCALE: the former domain smexpo.co.uk now 301-redirects to the SCALE site (the organiser's own announcement slug reads "SME XPO becomes SCALE").

SCALE London 2026 was held 22–23 April 2026 at the Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, Islington, London N1 0QH — two days of talks, an exhibition floor and investor networking for ~3,000 UK scale-up founders and business owners. The next London edition, SCALE London 2027, is announced for 20–21 April 2027 (save the date; venue TBA). A sister edition, SCALE Manchester, runs on 25 November, and the Women Who Scale strand hosts a Female Founders Pitch Competition there in partnership with the Angel Investment Network / NatWest Accelerator.

Programme themes: starting out, scaling up, funding and investment (angel, VC, PE), AI and future tech, leadership, and founder well-being. Earlier SME XPO editions (2022–2025) ran at ExCeL London, most recently 18–19 June 2025.
