Welfare Expo

Welfare EXPO (福利厚生 EXPO) is RX Japan's dedicated trade show for employee benefits, welfare and wellbeing products and services, held as a constituent of the 総務・人事・経理Week (General Affairs, HR & Accounting Week) series. The next 2026 edition is scheduled for 16-18 September 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight, with additional 2026 editions in Nagoya (Port Messe Nagoya, February) and Osaka (INTEX Osaka, November). Exhibits cover welfare-benefit outsourcing, corporate cafeterias and food services, leisure and recreation benefits, health-management and mental-health support, and financial/learning benefits. The show is organised by RX Japan and is free to attend with pre-registration.
