Western New York Section Institute of Food Technologists Food Industry Expo

The Western New York Section of the Institute of Food Technologists (WNY IFT) holds its annual Food Industry Expo and Suppliers' Night, a one-day event for food-industry professionals across Central and Western New York. The 2026 edition took place on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, Rochester, NY. The program includes a seminar series with expert talks, student presentations, a panel discussion, and a Suppliers' Expo where attendees meet exhibitors and sample products, closing with a complimentary after-party. WNY IFT connects food scientists, suppliers, entrepreneurs, and students to share regional food-industry innovation. The 2027 date was not yet published at verification.
