About WIND EXPO
WIND EXPO is Japan's leading exhibition for wind power technology. It gathers a wide range of technologies for wind power generation, from wind turbines to wind farm construction, maintenance and operation, and offshore wind technologies. As a well-established business platform of the latest technologies, information and people, the show contributes to the development of the wind energy industry as one of the main power sources toward carbon neutrality by 2050. It is co-organised by the Japan Wind Power Association (JWPA).
WIND EXPO is a concurrent show of SMART ENERGY WEEK. The 2026 Tokyo Autumn edition runs September 9-11, 2026, 10:00-17:00 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, and features a special "Floating Offshore Wind World" program dedicated to advancing floating offshore wind technology in Japan.
