WSWA Access LIVE 2027

WSWA's Access LIVE is the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America gathering for the three-tier wine and spirits marketplace. The next edition is February 1–4, 2027 at Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, 1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, TX 76051 (official listing: Dallas, TX). Programming, exhibits, and special events are held on campus under one roof.

The show brings suppliers, wholesalers, retailers, and industry partners together for connection, discovery, and deal-making. Organizers cite 2,500+ industry attendees, 400+ exhibiting opportunities, and distributors representing about 80% of U.S. wine and spirits sold.

Exhibit spaces include Access HQ (main exhibit hall) and Main Street Suites in the Gaylord Texan Convention Center. Registration opens in mid-September. Email [email protected] to be notified.
