Work Style Reform EXPO is a specialised trade show for productivity improvement and the digital transformation of office operations. It runs as part of Soumu Jinji Keiri Week (General Affairs, HR & Accounting Week) - Japan's largest exhibition for back-office functions and management, built around the concept of a "business town" for back-office professionals.

The Week is made up of 10 co-located specialised shows: Back Office AI Agent EXPO (newly launched from the September edition), HR EXPO, Work Style Reform EXPO, Office Disaster Preparedness EXPO, Employee Benefits EXPO, Health & Productivity Management EXPO, General Affairs Services EXPO, Workplace Reform EXPO, Accounting & Finance EXPO, and Legal & Compliance EXPO.
