World Congress of Ocean

The World Congress of Ocean (WCO) is an annual multidisciplinary ocean conference organised by the World High Tech Society (BIT Congress). The 13th Annual World Congress of Ocean (WCO-2025) was held on 11-13 November 2025 at the Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay, Osaka, Japan. The programme spans ocean economy and finance, maritime law, coastal and ocean engineering, ocean energy, emerging ocean science and technology, marine management and environment protection, smart port and green shipping, marine biotechnology, and aquaculture and fisheries. The congress provides a platform for researchers, industry leaders and policymakers to share knowledge on sustainable ocean use and conservation.
