FABEX Chubu is the Chubu food and beverage / foodservice exhibition organised with the Japan Food Journal. The official 開催概要 page dates the 6th edition 7–8 July 2027, 10:00–17:00 both days, at Port Messe Nagoya (marked 予定 / planned).

A December 2025 news item cancelled the 2026 Chubu edition. The stored /entry/about01.html page still says 2027 exhibitor copy will be published later; calendar days are taken from the live overview, not invented. FABEX Tokyo and Kansai on the same network are different cities.
