XPAND - Kontraktacje firm MENA i Europy Srodkowo-Wschodniej

XPAND is a B2B contracting event launched by Targi Kielce to connect companies from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with businesses from Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The official English page describes it as "a dynamic annual event ... a catalyst for growth, collaboration and innovation, uniting diverse markets and industries under one roof".

Format and target groups

• B2B meetings and matchmaking between MENA producers/exporters and CEE buyers.
• Cosmetics and food producers, e-commerce companies and technology providers.
• Retail chains, hypermarkets and supermarkets, shopping centres, retail stores, wholesalers and distributors, grocery chains, hotel and restaurant chains, fast-food chains and catering companies.
• The organisers especially encouraged companies from Tunisia and Poland; the event was arranged with the Polish-Tunisian Chamber of Commerce.

2024 edition

The inaugural XPAND was held on 6-7 November 2024 and was co-located with the Targi Marek Wlasnych / Future Private Labels private-label fair at Targi Kielce (visitor registration ran through the Future Private Labels registration page). Participants came from Poland, neighbouring countries and from Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt and other MENA states. The programme included the panels "Polski rynek dla MENA - mozliwosci i procedury" and "Ekspansja do Arabii Saudyjskiej: wyzwania i mozliwosci + historia sukcesu". Targi Kielce summarised the edition as "Sukces pierwszej edycji XPAND".

Next edition

As of 3 October 2026 no date for a following edition has been announced. The official XPAND page (PL and EN) still presents only the 2024 inaugural edition, no XPAND news has been published since 7 November 2024, and the co-host fair Future Private Labels / Targi Marek Wlasnych has announced a break in organising its next edition while the format is reworked.
