Carter Jr. Exhibits Hall (Will Rogers Memorial Center), featuring hundreds of hot sauce, BBQ sauce, salsa, seasoning, snack, craft beverage and gourmet specialty food samples, celebrity chef demonstrations, spicy eating contests and the world-famous Fiery Food Challenge.

Thousands of passionate food lovers, specialty food producers, chefs, retailers, media representatives and industry professionals gather for a weekend dedicated to hot sauces, BBQ sauces, salsas, seasonings, snacks, craft beverages and gourmet specialty foods.
