AEGC 2027 — the Australasian Exploration Geoscience Conference — will be held from 19 to 24 September 2027 at the Adelaide Convention Centre, North Terrace, Adelaide, South Australia. Organised jointly by the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG), the Australian Society of Exploration Geophysicists (ASEG) and the Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia (PESA), AEGC is the premier event for petroleum and mineral geoscience in Australasia.
The 2027 edition returns to Adelaide following the successful AEGC 2025 in Perth (8–11 September 2025 at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre). The conference brings together geoscientists from industry, academia and government for technical sessions, pre-conference workshops and field trips, alongside an exhibition showcasing the latest innovations in exploration geoscience, geophysics and resource discovery.
