BENEFIQ is INAF's international rendez-vous on health food and ingredients, organized by the Institute of Nutrition and Functional Foods (INAF) at Universite Laval in Quebec City. The festive 2025 edition celebrated BENEFIQ's 15th anniversary and INAF's 25th anniversary, drawing around 450 attendees, 73 exhibitors and 59 partners, with parallel sessions on food quality, personalized nutrition and consumer trends. Dates for the next edition have not yet been published.
