The Canned, Dry & Boxed Foods, Winter Session is an ECRM (Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing) in-person buying and sourcing session for the grocery and packaged-foods industry. The next edition will be held February 16–17, 2027 at the Sheraton Grand Chicago (301 East North Water Street, Chicago, Illinois, USA).

At this sourcing and planning review, suppliers of canned, dry and boxed foods present new items and promotional opportunities to buyers from across all retail channels. Featured categories include dry and boxed foods such as pasta, rice, dry beans, stuffing mixes, side dishes and boxed prepared foods, as well as canned foods such as canned fish, seafood, fruit, vegetables, meat and soups. Buyers and sellers are paired based on categories, capabilities and buyer objectives through ECRM's structured appointment program.

The Winter Session is one of ECRM's recurring North America grocery programs (complemented by a summer program), connecting retail buyers with food suppliers for category planning and product discovery.
