CareerMD Career Fairs for Physicians

About

CareerMD Career Fairs are free, in-person recruitment events that bring resident and fellow physicians — together with advanced practice providers — face to face with hiring healthcare organizations across the United States. Held annually in 120+ cities, the fairs are promoted to trainees within roughly an hour's drive of each venue.

Format

Most fairs run as relaxed weeknight networking sessions (typically 5:00–8:00 PM), with occasional weekend EXPOs. Physicians, residents, fellows, and their guests attend free; employers register for individual cities or discounted Regional / All-Access packages (from $1,050 weeknight, $1,300 weekend). Attendees meet recruiters from leading hospitals, health systems, and group practices, collect information, and enjoy complimentary food and drinks.

Sample fall 2026 editions include Toledo, OH (Oct 6), Allentown, PA (Oct 7), Greenville, SC (Oct 8), Grand Rapids, MI (Oct 13), Stony Brook, NY (Oct 14), San Diego, CA (Oct 16), Richmond, VA (Oct 20), Tulsa, OK (Oct 22), Chicago, IL (Oct 24), and Gainesville, FL (Oct 27), with additional dates continuing through November and December 2026.
