About the Plano Balloon Festival
The H-E-B | Central Market Plano Balloon Festival is produced by Plano Balloon Festival, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to educating visitors about hot-air ballooning and supporting local nonprofits. The City of Plano helps fund the festival.
Official Hours & Directions (planoballoonfest.org/directions.aspx) list 17, 18, 19 and 20 September 2026 at Oak Point Park / Red Tail Pavilion, 2801 E. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, Texas 75074. Hours: Thursday 5:00 PM–10:00 PM; Friday 4:00 PM–10:00 PM; Saturday 6:00 AM–10:00 PM; Sunday 6:00 AM–11:00 AM. Balloon launches, glows and tethered rides may be restricted by weather.
