Corporate Greenathon is a flagship event of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Telangana, aimed at corporate professionals and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle through a regular fitness regime. It is run by the CII Telangana State Office in Hyderabad.

The latest edition published on CII's event portal is the Corporate Greenathon 2023 Telangana, held on 15 October 2023 in Hyderabad. Indian and Telugu press, and at least one event directory, also reference a CII Corporate Greenathon held in Hyderabad in 2024, and the Government of India's Self4Society volunteering platform lists Corporate Greenathon as one of its initiatives. No next-edition date is published on CII's event portal at the time of this check.
