Downtown Hays Development Corp. (DHDC) runs a yearly outdoor market every Saturday from May 23 through October 17, 2026 (weather permitting). Vendors include growers, craftsmen, bakers, honey producers, artists, and musicians. Shop for fresh produce, cut flowers, live plants, baked goods, honey, jams, and handcrafted items in a laid-back setting at 10th and Main under the Downtown Pavilion.
The market accepts SNAP and offers a Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB) match. Coffee is provided by Breathe Coffee House, the Hays Convention and Visitor Bureau, and Downtown Hays Development Corp.
