drinktec 2028
The next edition of drinktec, the world's leading trade fair for the beverage and liquid food industry, will take place 11-15 September 2028 at the Trade Fair Center Messe München in Munich, Germany.
Organized by Messe München, drinktec brings together around 1,100 exhibitors and tens of thousands of trade visitors from across the globe. The show covers the entire value chain: raw materials, process technology, filling and packaging, PET technology, dairy, fruit juice, mineral water, beer, wine and spirits, plus digitalization, sustainability and new beverage concepts.
The 2025 edition featured 1,117 exhibitors and 172 product innovations. drinktec runs on a three-year cycle.
