About Food Long Life Japan (LL Japan)
Food Long Life Japan (フードロングライフジャパン, LLj) is the shelf-life, freshness and food-loss reduction specialised show inside 食品開発展 / Hi Japan. The 37th edition of the umbrella event is 14–16 October 2026, 10:00–17:00, at Tokyo Big Sight West Halls 1, 2 and 4 plus the atrium.
Organiser: Informa Markets Japan. Four concurrent shows: Hi Japan (health ingredients), FiT Japan (taste), S-tec Japan (safety & technology) and LL Japan (long life / upcycling). Official scale: about 1,100 booths and ~40,000 expected visitors. LL Japan highlights include shelf-life extension, freshness preservation and upcycle ingredients/technologies.
