HAPCOA Annual Training Symposium
The HAPCOA Executive Leadership Summit is the annual professional development and leadership conference of the Hispanic American Police Command Officers Association (HAPCOA), a national organization of law enforcement command officers. The 2027 edition returns May 4-6, 2027 at the Delta Hotels Phoenix Mesa in Mesa, Arizona, with training sessions, opening and closing ceremonies, an awards luncheon and an exhibitor showcase for law enforcement products and services.

HAPCOA Executive Leadership Summit 2027
The HAPCOA Executive Leadership Summit (HAPCOA Annual Training Symposium) is the flagship professional development event of the Hispanic American Police Command Officers Association (HAPCOA) - a national membership organization representing Hispanic law enforcement command officers. Each year it brings together police executives, command officers and public safety leaders for structured training, leadership development and networking under a stated theme. The 2027 edition is themed "Addressing Challenges Through Outreach and Innovation".
Dates and venue
The 2027 Summit runs May 4-6, 2027 at the Delta Hotels Phoenix Mesa, 200 N Centennial Way, Mesa, AZ 85201, with a group hotel rate for attendees.
Program
The program includes an opening reception and general session, opening ceremonies, multiple training days, a second/third training day and awards luncheon, and closing ceremonies. Full agenda details are published by HAPCOA when finalized.
Registration
Registration is open online: member registration is $300, non-member registration is $425, and exhibitor registration is $1,250 (includes two registrations). Federal agencies may sponsor an employee's attendance as a developmental assignment under 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41.
