IBAKTECH is the 15th International Trade Fair For Bakery, Patisserie Machinery, Ice Cream, Chocolate and Technologies, organised by Messe Stuttgart Ares / Messe Stuttgart Turkey Fuarcılık Ltd. Şti. It is held biannually.

Online visitor registration is available on the official website and closes on 13 October 2026 at 19:00. Visitors without online registration can buy tickets at the venue (20 € / 1000 TL, as published on the official registration page).

Product groups include bakery and pastry machinery, dough machinery, additives, chocolate and ice cream production technologies, packaging machines, bakery–patisserie equipment, refrigeration, frozen products, and hotel/cafe/restaurant kitchen equipment.

Typical visitor profile includes bakers, the baking industry, cafe and patisserie chains, professional chefs, chocolate, ice-cream and sweets producers, restaurants, hotels, food retail, catering, and food/mechanical engineers.

The fairground is Istanbul Expo Center / Istanbul Fair Center (Yeşilköy). Access is described on the official Access Routes page via M1A metro (Istanbul World Trade Center / Istanbul Expo Center), metrobus, IETT bus 96T from Taksim, and airport connections.
