Kentucky EMS Conference & Expo 2026

Hosted by KAPA, the Kentucky EMS Conference & Expo unites EMS providers from across the Commonwealth for education, hands-on training, an extensive exhibit hall, and networking. The official conference site lists September 15–18, 2026 at the Owensboro Convention Center. Registration is open.
“Evening with KAPA” on Wednesday evening opens the EXPO from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Free self-parking is available at the convention center (174 regular spaces plus 9 ADA spaces). Additional parking is in the Downtown Owensboro Parking Garage across the street.
