Key Account Forum

The Key Account Forum is an invitation-only, two-day pre-conference event within the Innovate UtilityCX (IUCX) Conference, built for utility professionals who manage high-value, high-stakes key accounts. The 2026 edition took place April 13–14, 2026 at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Florida, alongside the IUCX Conference (April 14–16, 2026). Sessions cover grid reliability, DER integration, energy efficiency, demand charges, on-site generation, power quality, data analytics, and cybersecurity, with live breakout discussions on changing load profiles and regulatory uncertainty. Attendees must hold a Large Account Manager title at a utility. The forum is organized by IUCX (formerly CS Week).
