PACEshow is the Midwest petroleum and convenience retail expo produced by Fuel True (Kansas), MPCA (Missouri), NPCA (Nebraska), and OPMCA (Oklahoma). The 2027 edition is scheduled for Thursday–Friday, 4–5 February 2027 at the Kansas City Convention Center, Bartle Hall E (registration in Lobby 2300).
Official attendee schedule (tentative): Thursday 4 February — registration 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (Lobby 2300); industry education 9:00–11:00 AM (Room 2502); exhibit floor open 11:00 AM–5:00 PM (Bartle Hall E). Friday 5 February — industry breakfast 8:00–9:00 AM at KC Loews Hotel (Neptune Ballroom E); association meetings 9:00–11:00 AM. Attendee registration opens November 2026.
The show has run for 20+ years as a central Midwest meeting point for fuel marketers and c-store retailers, with roughly 65,000 sq. ft of exhibits plus industry meetings and networking. Non-exhibiting vendors cannot register as attendees. Details: https://paceshow.com/
