84th PMAA Annual Conference & Trade Show
The Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association holds its 84th Annual Conference and Trade Show 13–16 September 2026 at the Bayfront Convention Center, Erie, Pennsylvania. The listed 82nd-conference page still describes the 2024 Hershey Lodge edition and is stale; the current official conference and exhibitor pages confirm Erie 2026.
Exhibit space targets suppliers to public water, wastewater, stormwater, solid waste and recycling, airports, transit, parking, redevelopment and community projects. Attendees include authority board members, managers, solicitors, engineers and administrative staff.
Exhibit hall (eight dedicated hours)
- Sunday 13 September: exhibitor setup 13:00–18:00; welcome reception 20:30–22:00
- Monday 14 September: opening ceremonies and annual business meeting 08:00–10:00; trade show 10:00–12:00 and 16:00–18:00
- Tuesday 15 September: trade show and breakfast 07:30–09:30; trade show and lunch 12:00–14:00; teardown 14:00–16:00
