TransCityRail North 2026

TransCityRail North 2026 is the North of England edition of TransCityRail, the UK’s regional rail supply-chain conference and exhibition series. It takes place on 5 November 2026 at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel.

The programme is themed around levelling up rail, connecting communities, and transforming the North. Sessions cover delivering faster and more reliable services, aligning regional priorities with national strategy, Great British Railways, major programmes such as the Transpennine Route Upgrade, performance and reliability on congested corridors, and digital railway topics including signalling, traffic management, and data-driven operations.

The daytime agenda runs from registration, breakfast, networking and exhibition (08:00–09:15) through keynotes and thought-leadership sessions, with a post-conference drinks reception in the afternoon and an evening networking drinks reception, dinner and after party.
