Universities and Healthcare Estates and Innovation (UHEI) is a UK regional conference and exhibition series for higher-education and healthcare estate professionals. The official series site lists Oxford (Rhodes House, 18 March 2026 — already held), Scotland 10th & 11th November 2026, and Birmingham (Edgbaston Cricket Club, 24–25 November 2026). The next upcoming edition after 15 August 2026 is Edinburgh.

UHEI’s Scotland page and IHEEM confirm the IHEEM Scottish Regional Conference, in partnership with IHEEM Scottish Branch and UHEI, on 10–11 November 2026 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, 1 Festival Square, Edinburgh EH3 9SR. The awards dinner is at the Playfair Library Hall, University of Edinburgh. The two-day programme is aimed at heads and directors of estates and facilities across the NHS, universities and the wider public sector, covering strategy, investment, delivery and impact. The 2027 Oxford date is separately confirmed as 17 March at Rhodes House.
