About BUILD U UP Mental Wellness Fair

BUILD U UP is a mental health and wellness fair for University of Toronto Engineering students, run by the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering's student wellness programming. The most recent confirmed edition was held on Thursday, February 29, 2024, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Bahen Centre Atrium, Toronto.

What to expect

• Booths presenting on-campus and off-campus services and resources that support student well-being
• Interactive activities, swag giveaways and a 10-minute chair massage
• Tips for improving and maintaining wellness during the busy semester, plus snacks and goodies
• Drop-in format during the lunch hour; no trade-show style exhibition halls

Bahen Centre (Bahen Centre for Information Technology), 40 St. George Street, Toronto, Ontario M5S 2E4, Canada - atrium, on the U of T St. George campus.

• No next edition has been announced: the Faculty's official events calendar (engineering.utoronto.ca/engineering-events) lists no BUILD U UP edition for Winter 2025, Winter 2026 or 2027 as of September 2026, while the Faculty's related wellness programming continues (for example "Wellness Wednesdays at Myhal").
