FITHEP Expoalimentaria Latinoamericana is the leading international fair for technology in ice cream, pastry, chocolate, confectionery, bakery, and food service. It is the most important meeting point for gastronomy professionals in Argentina and Latin America.
The fair alternates every two years between Buenos Aires and Córdoba.
