Northwest Science Expo (NWSE)
The Northwest Science Expo is Oregon's state-level science research competition for students in grades 5-12, affiliated with the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) and the Thermo Fisher Scientific Junior Innovators Challenge.
2027 State Fair
- Date: Saturday, April 3, 2027
- Venue: West Linn High School, West Linn, Oregon
The 2027 NWSE will be a hybrid fair: judges review project materials in advance, with in-person interviews on fair day at West Linn High School. High school students must upload research plans and ISEF forms (including the new Form 2A) via a Google folder, plus a slide deck and poster for the in-person interviews.
